Did George Will Have a Point He Was Trying To Make, Or Was He Just Blithering?

In yesterday's column, that is.

My money's on 'just blithering.' If he was going anywhere with it, I sure can't see where. He obviously wanted to be snarky about Jerry Brown, but couldn't even seem to manage that.
